The Academic Integrity Policy at Mashrouh Training Center upholds values of honesty, intellectual respect, and personal accountability. All trainees and trainers are expected to adhere to these principles and avoid behaviors like cheating or identity fraud.

First: Techniques to Prevent Fraud and Identity Theft

  • Randomized test designs covering learning outcomes with comprehension-based questions.
  • Emphasis on oral assessments and unique question banks.
  • Live monitoring with video verification, including ID checks and room scans.
  • Prohibition of headphones, accessories, mobile phones, or unauthorized materials.
  • Use of lockdown browsers to prevent opening other apps or copying content.
  • Displaying exam instructions with rules and penalties.
  • Technical reviews by academic and IT staff for irregular activities.

Second: Violations

  • Impersonation during exams or assignments.
  • Accessing or attempting to access exams prematurely.
  • Using unauthorized sources, communication, or devices during the test.
  • Sharing, photographing, or disclosing test questions.
  • Non-compliance with invigilator instructions (e.g. refusing video monitoring).
  • Verbal or behavioral misconduct towards invigilators or peers.

Third: Penalties

Violators are subject to one or more of the following actions:

  • Warning and potential disqualification from the test.
  • Failing specific exams or complete courses.
  • Cancellation of prior exam results.
  • Suspension from exams for up to one year.

Fourth: Investigation Procedures

  1. Incident report prepared by the exam supervisor with details and witness statements.

  3. Final decision issued by the relevant administrative department.
  4. Violator is officially notified of the penalties imposed.
