Objective of the Guide

Clarifying the way of communication between the trainer and the trainees and between the trainees and each other for easy transfer of information and data related to the courses.

To clarify the target group, which are new and non-new trainees, as well as trainers to know how to communicate.

  • The trainer and the trainees can communicate through the open chat during the virtual classroom.
  • The trainer can also be contacted by email.

Rules and Etiquette When Communicating Through the Platform

  • Use proper language free of errors during written communication.
  • Be tactful in your choice of words and vocabulary.
  • Respect different opinions.
  • Attached files must be clearly named and include the trainee's name.
  • Address others using their name and surname in written messages.
  • Keep messages concise and use a clear, descriptive title.
  • Violations of communication rules may lead to removal or account deletion in cases of impersonation or hacking.

How to Communicate

Trainees can communicate with the trainer via the course's discussion forum or the training center by booking a consultation through the app or using live chat during the course.
