Training Attendance Policy
Training Attendance Policy
The Mashrouh Training Center has implemented a clear and structured attendance policy to govern synchronous electronic learning, ensuring that trainees are actively participating in real-time virtual sessions.
Definition of Attendance
Synchronous electronic attendance refers to a trainee's live presence in virtual classrooms and is considered equivalent to traditional in-person attendance.
Attendance Requirements
- Equivalence to In-Person Attendance: Attendance via live virtual classes is treated the same as attendance in a physical classroom.
- Minimum Attendance in Asynchronous Programs: For training programs delivered mainly through asynchronous e-learning and lasting more than one month, at least 25% of the total course hours must be attended through synchronous virtual sessions.
- Minimum Attendance in Blended Programs: In blended learning programs (online and in-person) that last more than one month, trainees must also attend at least 25% of the total hours through synchronous sessions.
- Adherence to Training Schedule: Trainees are required to attend classes according to the official training schedule.
- Minimum Total Attendance: Trainees must attend at least 80% of the total scheduled hours to successfully complete the program.
Policy Scope
This policy applies to all trainees enrolled at Mashrouh Training Center. Staff and instructors are expected to comply with and enforce this policy.
Disciplinary Action
Failure to comply with the attendance policy will result in disciplinary measures in accordance with the internal procedures and regulations of the center.
